Photographer takes stunning photos of mysterious California at night.

The Cinematic project, created by filmmaker Christopher Soukup, captivates us in the dim and gloomy world of California nights. In each frame, a retro atmosphere shines through, and it seems as though a ghost of the past flashed here a moment ago. The dramatic nature of the landscape goes wild. The author himself calls his pictures frames non-existent cinema.

Soukup says that most of all in his work he is interested in scenes that cast the audience’s consciousness between the calm and the sinister.

Neon lighting, vintage cars, the phantom of what is happening and the night cover - Christopher's work - is a complete mystery.
