Mediterranean cuisine on Kandolhu island

How good it is to abandon the city bustle in favor of a small island paradise, in which there are no schedules and deadlines, but only the turquoise ocean, the gentle sun, a personal beach and a loved one nearby!

On the island of Kandolhu, you feel like a real Robinson, with the only difference being that the helpful staff are in the role of Friday, instead of a man-made hut - a wonderful two-story villa, and the modest meal of the islander is replaced by gourmet Mediterranean cuisine.

The latest in the local restaurant is Olive. Its two-story building is located on the ocean, and at dinner you can watch with pleasure as the setting sun falls directly into the radiant expanse of water. The menu is composed of Mediterranean classics with light adjustments that bring the gifts of the Indian Ocean. The seafood here is truly magical! Among the most popular of them are risotto with lobster, Maldivian sea bass in vije sauce with vegetables and spinach, as well as scallops in bechamel sauce. Refined French recipes perfectly complement the clean and delicate tastes of freshly caught seafood.
