13 pictures of charming foxes who know how to enjoy life

In these pictures, taken by Dutch photographer Roselyn Raymond, it is clear that the foxes are real experts in matters of enjoying life. Raymond, by the way, specializes in shooting nature in general, and foxes in particular.

“Most of all I like foxes when they are laid-back: free from pain, fear, cold, hunger or any other discomfort,” the photographer says in an interview.

“There are difficulties in capturing a fox: the more you try, the farther you will be from the target. If you are too impatient, the animal will feel your zeal and remain vigilant,” says Raymond. "I learned this from foxes, just being there and understanding what could happen. And at the same time, I just enjoy the fresh air and the sensation of the sun on my skin."

"The most beautiful animals are happy animals," says Roseline.

"The foxes have mastered the comfort of being like no other."

“Of course, they have their own worries. But, as soon as the rabbit is eaten, the territory is checked and all worries about procreation and upbringing are postponed, it's time to relax.”

"Foxes can fully" live the moment "as if they themselves had invented mindfulness. They do not need to do yoga or meditation, since relaxation is their second nature."

"They inhale fresh air, feel the warmth of the sun on their fur, close their eyes and are just in that moment. It's so simple."

"There are difficulties in capturing a fox: the more you try, the farther you will be from the goal."

"If you are too impatient, the animal will feel your zeal and remain alert. They know that you want something from them, and that makes you potentially dangerous."

"But if you manage to accept things as they are, just enjoy the beautiful nature around, who knows what could happen."

"And if nothing happens? Well, at least you had a good day."
