Mysterious Indochina: 100 years ago

The delightful Indochina peninsula includes such favorite tourist countries as Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia, Laos and Cambodia. It is washed by the waters of various seas and oceans and is full of a wide variety of exotic fruits. A vacation spent here will give you the most colorful experience.

But if you want to get to know the peninsula better, the best way to do this is to leave the hotel and go to the farthest village of the province. It will be surprising that these places have not changed a bit over the past hundred years and even more: all the photographs you took will be similar to those that were taken in the last century.

So that you have something to compare with, we suggest taking a look at the pictures taken in 1914-1916. They feature the most ordinary inhabitants of that time, as well as those who hold higher ranks, and even the family of the head of the Vietnamese province of Ha.
