Sublimotion at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza opens the new season

One of the most expensive and unusual restaurants in Europe, Sublimotion at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, which is part of the Spanish hotel chain Palladium Hotel Group, opens the new season. For the fifth time in Ibiza, an unforgettable gastronomic performance will be held under the leadership of celebrity chef Paco Roncero. This year he will be accompanied by David Chang and five other world-famous chefs, whose total Michelin stars are a record ten. The star team has prepared a new show for Sublimotion guests, which can be described as a 5D dinner with a complete immersion in virtual reality.

This year's Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza kicks off its fifth season of gastronomic performance, traditionally held at the Sublimotion restaurant from mid-spring to late September. This time, David Chang, an American television star and one Michelin star, will be the guest star. Sublimotion chef Paco Roncero has set an unusual task for his guest: present a dish that will become a new read on the theme of traditional Japanese cuisine.

Also among the chefs who will take part in the preparation of the performance: Dani Garcia (Dani Garcia), Diego Guerrero (Diego Guerrero), Togno
Perez (Toño Pérez) and Paco Torreblanca. They will also be joined by the cook of the legendary Dom Perignon House (Maison Dom
Perignon) Marco Fadiga: specially for Sublimotion he will create a unique dish that will be served with the new Champagne Dom Perignon Second Plenitude (P2) - a unique variety that the best specialists of the House worked on for more than 16 years.

Together they created a set of 12 dishes, each of which had its own virtual reality. Panoramic video screens are stretched around the entire perimeter of the Sublimotion hall: a complete immersion in a world invented by the organizers becomes possible with the help of thought-out audio and video accompaniment.

In parallel with this, all guests get acquainted with the new dishes of the set, presented as part of a new gastronomic presentation, each
from whose positions it is served with its unique virtual accompaniment. A new reading of haute cuisine performed by the best world chefs to the accompaniment of achievements in the field of high technologies - all this is a new gastronomic performance in the Sublimotion restaurant in Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.
