Swedish artist decorates the streets with pixel art
Johan Karlgren, a Swedish artist known by the pseudonym Pappas Pärlor, creates interactive street art that makes the surrounding space more fun and interesting. At the same time, the Swede is inspired by his long-standing passion - old video games, and that is why all his characters are pixelated.
Pixel heroes Pappas Pärlor can be found in the most ordinary places - on road signs, pipes, sculptures, fences, etc. Johan manages to wittily fit his characters into everyday objects, giving them a new meaning.
