Private life: the photographer took curious photos of Americans in their bedrooms

Barbara Peacock is a successful American commercial photographer from Portland. She recently embarked on a new project in which she intends to talk about Americans as ordinary people and the nation as a whole, about the hidden aspects of their lives with the help of detailed personal portraits taken in bedrooms throughout the United States.

The people in her photographs are from different walks of life. Some are her friends, others are simple strangers whom she invited to participate in the project, contacting them through social networks or leaving her business card with the necessary information in local shops across the country. Look at the ready-made frames to better understand this unusual, but very interesting idea and approach of the author.
