Fat and beautiful: photographer Pete Thorne proves that there should be a lot of good cat

Cats are amazing animals that can win the heart of anyone. They can be so different - gentle and arrogant, majestic and loving, phlegmatic and hot-tempered, indifferent and incredibly loyal. Sometimes it seems that their personalities are as diverse as human ones, and the emotional spectrum is in no way inferior to ours. Therefore, photographing cats is so exciting.

Pete Thorne, for example, once during a creative search discovered that fat cats tend to become comic characters in photographs. But there are no dramatic and serious portraits of fluffy fat men at all. Therefore, he decided to create such a photo project. In order not to “make nerves” to the cats, Thorne came to the heroes of his shooting right home and tried to capture them in the usual atmosphere, and then picked up a plain background - so nothing distracts us from the depths of the personalities of these still insanely funny pets with little excess weight.
