Engineers have created a "smart jacket" that removes sweat and is controlled from a smartphone

Swiss engineers managed to create an incredible jacket, which every athlete-skier or outdoor enthusiast dreams of. The creators of the "smart jacket" assure that it will be warm and comfortable even after prolonged intensive training, and you can control its work using a smartphone.

The developer of a new type of clothing is a material science research laboratory, and it took about 10 years to create it. Employees of this Swiss laboratory created a jacket that is able to remove excess moisture from the inner layers of clothing in contact with the athlete's body in the external environment. Excessive sweating during intense physical activity is a significant problem for athletes involved in winter sports. Sweat-absorbing parts of the clothes contribute to hypothermia, which causes discomfort. But an innovative technology called HYDRO BOT avoids such problems.

A special membrane that has millions of pores is placed on the inside of the garment in areas of intense sweating. Moreover, on both sides of the porous membrane is a special fabric that is capable of conducting electric current. During intense training, if you want to remove excess moisture, the membrane is activated using a special application on your smartphone. Pores on a special membrane are transformed into a kind of micropumps that quickly remove moisture outside, leaving the clothes dry and safe for the athlete.
