Hot temper: atmospheric photos from Cuban lanes

Deep Havana is a series of Japanese photographer Takahiko Nakada, shot on the streets of Havana (Cuba). Impeccable execution and signature atmospheric style of the photo demonstrates the vibrant culture of traditional Cuban life. His black and white photographs reflect very personal moments with people he met on the streets of the Cuban capital.

The photographer was born in Tokyo, and gained the greatest fame thanks to his work in the former socialist countries. In addition to this shoot in Cuba, he also shot daily life in Eastern Europe and Russia.
